Who’s keeping your ride on the tracks?

As you may have read about in our previous Ride Buddies blog, we love working with our client's other agencies. We can always learn from the incredibly creative experts working on different tactics towards a common goal. 

For many of our clients, and maybe you too, the need for an on-demand marketing team like us is not just about the big, flashy work like Strategy or Social Media Management. Sometimes, they need project management, budgeting, and keeping the moving pieces going in the right direction. 

To say we love this type of work is a bit of an understatement. I never feel calmer than when looking at a clean and comprehensive Asana board. Over the years, I have finessed my work-back schedule template frequently and with enthusiasm. Sarah has designed P&L templates that truly feel like magic sprinkled on numbers.

This month, we’ve taken on a new client who has asked us to do just this. Our scope includes getting all the agencies on the same page and managing a comprehensive work-back schedule as we ride towards launch in April. We are developing a financial tracker that can oversee various products and price points and manage forecasts. And we’re staying on top of the random midnight musings our client has to ensure that the little things are not missed.
